Applications of BBa_J100250
We had five test groups, including a positive control, negative control, two promoter experimental groups with the repressor tryptophan present, and one promoter experimental group in the absence of the repressor tryptophan. Our results indicate that the presence of tryptophan affects the amount of fluorescence, therefore demonstrating that the presence of a repressor affects the action of the promoter.
